Michael our serviceman was on time and he kept in contact with me through from beginning to the end of my repair. He was respectful, knowledgeable and super nice. I put down a deposit for parts on Wednesday evening and by Friday morning everything was fixed. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him or calling him again with any future problems. We recently used Mike at First Response Appliance to repair both our dryer and icemaker, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and had a sense of humor. . They quickly diagnosed the issues, explained our options clearly, and completed the repairs efficiently. Both appliances are working perfectly again, and we appreciate the level of care and attention to detail they provided. My LG Refrigerator stopped working. It would run but does not get cold. I called First response and spoke to Michael Checo. He was up front with the cost so I asked him to come over and take a look. He told me the problem, walked me step by step on how to get a replacement part replaced under warranty from LG.

From beginning to end Mike has done an amazing job. Very polite, listened to my concerns. Very professional, neat, and even the work space was cleaned.

I even reached to Mike for assistance on another item i needed advise, and without any hesitation he gave me the info immediately.

Mike is a great Tech BAR NONE. You will not be disappointed.
